Return the end of the specified date-time unit for a given UTC datetime string.

• Converts to ZonedDateTime, sets to end of unit, converts back to Instant.
• Supports: “year”, “month”, “week”, “day”, “hour”, “minute”, “second”, “millisecond”, “microsecond”, “nanosecond”.
• Returns “” for invalid input.
